Unknown Base System Device

If your computer has a card reader, but the issue persists after installing card reader drivers, there is another system device that Windows is not recognizing correctly. Check the manufacturer's website for other drivers that are available for your computer. Base System Device Driver Windows 7 Download
I recently did a fresh install of Windows XP on my thinkpad z60m 2529-l2u and after installing all the drivers that I got from Lenovo's Website, I still have 2 devices in my device manager with question marks next to them. One says Base System Device and the other says Unknown. I can tell you that I have gotten my Audio, Video, Ethernet, Wireless, and Modem working, and maybe some other things too that I am unaware of. Can anyone think of something else I can do to figure out what these devices are and install the proper drivers for them?
